A passion for entrepreneurs has led Laurel to the position of Accountant and Office Manager several times which is a role she thrives in. She prides herself on finding ways to increase revenue and decrease costs by managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and regularly auditing financials. Prior starting as an office manager for Davis Property Management, Laurel was highly involved in both financial accounting and real estate investing. She has worked within the real estate industry for her entire career, as a staff accountant for a real estate marketing company, an accountant manager at a mortgage brokerage, as a bookkeeper for a housing cooperative, and as a public tax accountant for a prestigious Bellevue firm preparing returns for individuals and corporations owning hundreds of properties. Her background in real estate finance as well as acquiring and managing properties makes her asset to the team.
