Biography

Eric D. Davis is the President and Founder of Davis Property Management. He began his real estate career in 2005 as a licensed commercial real estate broker with Kidder Mathews, specializing in multifamily investment sales and land for multifamily development. During his commercial brokerage career, Eric participated in more than $170 million in real estate transactions, working primarily on the investment side of the multifamily business. That experience gave him a strong foundation in real estate valuation, investment analysis, market conditions, and the factors that drive the long-term performance of a property.

While Eric valued his commercial real estate experience, he was ultimately drawn more to the service and operational side of real estate than the transactional nature of brokerage. Property management provided the opportunity to build long-term relationships with property owners and remain involved in the ongoing performance and operation of their real estate.

Today, Eric provides strategic leadership and direction for Davis Property Management, focusing on company operations, key owner relationships, complex property matters, growth initiatives, and the continued development of DPM’s services and team. His background on both the investment and management sides of real estate allows him to approach property management with an owner’s perspective and a broader understanding of each property’s financial and operational goals.

Under Eric’s leadership, Davis Property Management has developed experience across all major property types, including single-family homes, condominiums, multifamily communities, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use and other commercial properties. DPM has also worked with nonprofit organizations to assist with their unique property management and real estate needs.
