As a property owner, you will receive your payment in the same month the tenant pays, typically by the 15th. There are no upfront setup costs or requirements for a new bank account—simply sign the contract and complete the property input sheet, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We can start managing your property immediately, no matter the time of month. Once the contract is signed and we have the necessary property details, tax and banking information, and access, we’re ready to get started right away.
At Davis Property Management, we have extensive experience handling challenging tenant situations—we’ve seen it all. Our team knows how to navigate these issues effectively and when to involve legal professionals. Additionally, all tenant notices and communications we issue are reviewed by our legal team to ensure compliance with state, county, and city regulations, keeping you protected every step of the way.
