Tenant Maintenance Request


Maintenance requests must be submitted via your Tenant Portal only:

  • All maintenance requests are to be made through the below online tenant portal only, effective June 1st, 2019.
  • For emergency situations (gas leak, fire, etc.), please contact 911 or local authorities.
  • For maintenance emergencies defined as any matter that deprives tenants of hot or cold water, heat, or electricity (not counting causes outside the property such as blackouts or boil orders issued by government agencies) or any situation that is imminently hazardous to human life, Please call 425-658-7471 and let operator know, then submit a maintenance request and contact your manager immediately.
  • Business hours for all maintenance repairs are considered 9AM to 5PM. Any repairs made outside of these business hours are subject to a 1.5X rate for after hours work of which .5 will be billable to tenant. You can specify which dates and times you would prefer and coordinate with managers to schedule a reasonable time a maintenance person can enter.

Repair or damage caused by tenant negligence or misuse is tenant financial responsibility and will be billed to tenant ledger. In such cases, repairs will be made, but tenant will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by tenant negligence or misuse will be paid by tenant.
